Hello, my name is Qian Qin. I am from China, and I am a first year student of the Master Environmental Sciences (MES). Before I came here, I did my bachelor study in the beautiful costal city-Qin Huangdao, Heibei province, China. And I did my bachelor final thesis project for a company in North Holland together with Van Hall Larenstein. During the months working there, I did not only benefit from the theoretical extension together with the practical combination, but as well I enjoyed the life in Holland so much, and indeed strengthened my social communication. I appreciate the Holland “direct way” of speaking, and how they are generous in accepting fresh ideas.I like the environmental study topic, and I would like to use my knowledge to contribute to my home country- China, to improve the environment and help people who aim for high quality of life and then finally to reach the goal of a sustainable society.
I like social life; I also like listening to music, reading books and thinking. I like being happy, and I also would like to make people around me happy. Anyway, I like the positive life style, keeping healthy and graceful for every day life.
In the board, I am the commissioner of study, as an international student, I would like to help with the promotion and the evaluation of our study, but also I would like to pass my experience to the fresh international students and help them by making life and studying easier in Wageningen.
