Hi there, I’m a third year BSc student of the policy and management specialization. I’m in the second half year of Commissioner of Internal Affairs, or Intercom for short. This half year I’ll coordinate the commissions of Aktief Slip. I will also try to improve communication and participation of members. Having a good drink in a nice pub is part of that strategy. Once in each period you can chat with studymates and the education team of Environmental Sciences, while having a nice drink. A thing of special interest to me is the website, which is being remade as we speak.
Some more about me: I’m 20 years old and come from Terneuzen. I like playing and listening to music. I’m particularly crazy of Pink Floyd, but many other bands too. As you may have noticed, I also like writing very much, mostly stories and small pieces. That’s why I joined the Fase 3 committee two years ago. To work on something and then see it get published is quite enjoyable, even if it’s only for our small study. I’m also active in the Akcie and have been a member of the EKO (both highly recommended). I also like sailing, science fiction, philosophical thinking, a good party, and windmills. I got into environmental sciences a while ago, when I was about thirteen years old. I was reading a book about a fictional world which had built upon the advice and warnings of the Club of Rome, and it showed how unsustainable our own world is. This got me thinking, and here I am. Well, that’s about it. If you’d like to meet me in person, just come to a drink or other activities.
