Board Goals 2009/2010:
A more involved association
- Make the association more united with the wishes of her members.
- To attain this we will issue a survey.
- More involvement of master students.
- By offering them more activities that are both study related and fun (e.g. discussion evening with drinks).
- Make Aktief Slip an association with more conviviality.
- We want to achieve this by e.g. rename the PCB and keep it in a cafe and if it’s possible together with the ‘tag along day’.
- Offer an Aktief Slip item again (last year it was a sweater).
- Keep the members informed in time about activities.
Better communication
- Keep on improving the website. If necessary we will hire someone for this.
- Keep on handing out information flyers.
- Send information email weekly and improve it where necessary.
- Better contact with other environmental study-associations (STORM & Milieuprisma). This way we can learn more from them and achieve mutual benefits on studyrelated and non-studyrelated subjects.
Improvement and promotion of environmental studies
- Improve and evaluate system for master tutors together with the education team.
- Help the promocie with creating and working out their ideas.
- Larger response on the evasys survey.
- Make the evaluacie complete (1 student from every year and every study).
Better internal communication
- Keep on updating the task descriptions per function and for the entire board.
- Update the regulations.
- Keep administration in the office structured.
- Keep structure of the administration on the computer.
